Mad Park Residence Designed By Vandeventer and Carlander Architects

The residence is built by Vandeventer & Carlander Architects. The location is taken place in Seattle, Washington, USA. The building was built in 2008 by structural engineering Swenson Say Faget. The Landscape architects handled by Samuel Williamson Associates. This house also has a lighting designer taken by dePelecyn Studio light & shadow and the energy consultant handled by Ecotope.
The project of the contractor is handled by Schilperoort & Brooks, Inc. General Contractors. The building has 5,546 sq ft of project area. Ben Benschneider is photographer who takes the pictures.
The concept of the residence is a steep slope corner lot in a prestigious neighborhood. Existing site conditions include neighbors to the west and north, a busy arterial below, and a residential street to the east. They designed the building as the contemporary one accommodating family and art led to the concept of “served” and “service” zones as the organizational tool for the home’s design. Zoning of functions also permit art and children to live side by side, to be enriched by each other. via
